Learn how to think more clearly, release tension, worry, and frustration within moments. Teach your clients how to stop emotional energy drains, gain new energy, and experience the joy of stress-free living.

This course is a 4-week course. You should plan to spend ~3 hours in the course each week.

Here is the course outline:

1. Welcome

Welcome to your 4-week journey to transforming stress! In the next 4-weeks you will change your perception of stress, learn techniques on managing and transforming stress, & collect a variety of tools to use with your clients.

2. Daily (M-F) Meditations

Meditating has been scientifically proven to change your state of being. Studies have indicated evidence that meditating can reduce blood pressure, reduce symptoms of IBS, it can ease anxiety and can help with insomnia. Meditation research has shown that the brain may physically change and thus could potentially improve many health problems. This module will provide you will daily (M-F) Meditations to start transforming your stress and overall health to a more balanced mind and body for an increase in overall calmness and physical relaxation.

3. What is Stress?

Understand what stress is and how chronic stress is the culprit to many health problems and diseases.

4. Understanding the Stress Response

Our body responds to stress which accumulates to wear and tear. However, we have control over what we perceive as stress and therefore we can limit the number of times the stress response is initiated.

5. Transform Stress

Instead of managing your stress learn how to transform stress through a variety of methods designed to limit your stress and increase your health, happiness, and vitality.

7. Topic Specific De-Stressors

Breaking up everyday stress helps to prevent the wear and tear on the body and ultimately prevents chronic stress. Daily relaxation habits are key to helping your client sustain a new level of living. You will want to determine what your client has tried and what they would be willing to try.
